Petetion of Abir a 10 years old boy on his school note book page

On 25.11.19 at 17.00 hrs. a 10 years old boy named as Abir studying at Vilayattoor Elambilad LP School came Meppayur with a petition wrote in note book page stating that his and his brother’s cycles are given for repair in a cycle shop at Meppayur on 05.10.19 and not received back yet etc. facts. WCPO Vandana, present station sentry duty, took him before IP Meppayur and IP heard the complaint and the complaint entrusted to Janamythry beat officer WCPO.Radhika for enquiry. Radhika went to the cycle shop and contacted the shop owner Balakrishnan and he offered to give back the cycles after repair on 28.11.19. This incident was become viral on Medias and newspapers.

Handing over wheel chair to Muhammed Rishal by Meppayoor Police

A part of world disability day Meppayur Janamythry Police handed over a wheel chair with commode to Muhammed Rishal, 09/19, studying at Vilayattoor Elambilad L.P.School who is unable to attend school due to Seribral parsy dicease. Sri.Prince Abraham,DySP Vatakara handed over the wheel chair in the function.

Koodathai Multi Murder Case

On 30.09.2011 at 21.00 Hrs the complainant Mr. PH Jospeh @ 59/11, S/o Hillarious, Ponnamattathil House, Meenmutti P.O informed that His father’s elder brother’s son one Royi Thomas @ 40/11, Ponnamatam House, Koodathai Bazar found laying in the toilet and carried to hospital for treatment and died on the same day. Rojo Thoams Filed a petition before District Police Kozhikode Rural for the investigation of the death of his brother Roy Thomas, his mother Annama, Father Tom Thomas, his Uncle Manjadi Mathew, Cousin Brother Shaju’s daughter Alphine, his wife Sili Shaju during the period from 2002 to 2016. To find out the source of the cyanide and decided to conduct a further enquiry through special branch. The special branch submitted a report that the deaths were mysterious and need a fruitful investigation to unearth the mystery behind death. A request was submitted before Hon. Sub Divisional Magistrate to reopen the case in Cr No 189/11 u/S 174 CrPC. Sub Divisional Magistrate issued order vide No RDO/KK/2019-L –dtd 08/19 to re-open the case. Sri Haridan DySP DCB took over the investigation of the case. During the investigation of this case at around 200 witnesses have been questioned including government servants. Local people, six relatives of the deceased persons and recorded their statements. Also seized the death certificates, treatment details and documents relate to this from Village offices and Panchayath officials.

Koduvally PS Cr.532/19 u/s489 B,489 C r/w 34 IPC

On 20.09.2019,Prajish.K Sub Inspector of Police,Koduvally received a reliable information over phone that two persons are coming on a scooter having registration number KL-47-H-5043 with Fake Indian currency notes to distribute at Omassery. SI Prajish informed the matter to Chandramohan.P, Inspector SHO, Koduvally Police Station. IP SHO Chandramohan.P, SI Prajish.K,GASI Sreekumar, GSCPO 7709, CPOs 8362, 8889,9029 rushed the spot and arrested one Rakesh,Age:35/19,S/o Harshan, Erassery (H),Panangad (PO),S.N.Puram,Anchamparathi,Thrissur (Dt) and Suneer Ali,Age:43/19,S/o Ummer,Mandathodika,Peragamanna (PO),Othayi, Malappuram and seized Fake Indian Currency to the tune of Rs.1,90000.

Koduvally PS Cr. 350/19 u/s 394 IPC & Sec.5 r/w 25(1)(a) of Arms Act

On 13.07.2019 at about 19.45 hrs as per the information received from the staff of Shaddi Jewellery,Omassery that three persons are committing robbery of gold ornaments with deadly weapons, Sri.Prajish.K,S.I of Police, Koduvally with police party rushed to the spot and taken one of the accused persons who was caught hold by the staff of jewellery.

A case has been registered at Koduvally Police Station as Crime No. 350/2019 u/s 394 IPC and Sec.5 r/w 25(1) Arms Act. The brief of the case is that on 13.07.2019 at 19.35Hrs, three identifiable accused persons with an intention to commit robbery criminally trespassed into Shadi Gold Jewellery at Omassery in Kozhikode district with gun and knife and committed robbery of 14 numbers of gold bangles weighing 12.5 sovereign worth Rs.3, 22,500.

On verifying the CDR details of escaped accused persons it is seen that both of them are now in West Bengal and Sri.Prajish.K,S.I,ASI Sreekumar ,CPO 8362, Home Guard Shaji Joseph and GASI Rajeev babu, SCPO Shibil Joseph (Crime Squad members of DPC Kozhikode Rural) were detailed and proceeded to West Bengal to trace out the accused persons. They arrested escaped accused Alamgir Rahaman Mondal on 24.07.2019 from West Bengal and produced before Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Thamarassery and the Hon’ble Court remanded him judicial custody.

Constructing house for Diya by Kuttyadi Police

Inspector SHO Sri. Sunil Kumar visited the house of One Mrs. Diya D/o Kunhiraman Edodi in 12th Ward of Kayakkodi Panchayath as informed that she was bedded due to an accidental fall of a coconut tree on her house and her only son is suffering from Autism. While on visit it is understood that they are living in a pathetic condition. Kuttiady Police conducted a meeting of Panchayath Authorities, Various organizations and localites with an aim to full fill their need for a house. Now the works are in progress.
